Environment variables

BASE_URL represents the url where your app is reachable (no https protocol)

NEXTAUTH_URL is required for nextauth to work. It's basically BASE_URL with the https protocol.

NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_ENV is how the app knows which environment you are currently on (development, staging or production)

DATABASE_URL - how should basetool connect to it's own database

SECRET - You can generate a new one using openssl rand -hex 32
